Plan Your Visit
We enjoy living a Franciscan life in a contemplative model of Sts. Francis and Clare.
Our co-ministry with St. Bonaventure University welcomes students from August through May, so many of our weekends and evenings are dedicated to working in collaboration with students and student leaders.
We welcome everyone to join us Sundays at 11 a.m. for Mass, but during the time of COVID-19, you must sign up in advance by visiting our calendar page.
Overnight or Daylong Time With Us
If you’re interested in staying with us or joining us as a small group for a day, please fill out the form below and we will contact you by phone to confirm availability. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, please call Fr. Lou at the Mountain 585-973-2470 to find out about COVID-19 guest protocols.
Our life is sustained substantially by the generosity of others. A donation of $80 a night per person (not counting children) is suggested for each overnight stay. If you expect to be with us for a weekend or more, we ask for a deposit of $50. This will be returned to you if you need to cancel up to a week before your arrival date. We are grateful if you can offer us more than this and we understand the circumstances of life which allow smaller donations.
How to donate for an overnight stay:
- Use our kiosk in the House of Peace that accepts credit cards
- Write us a check
- Donate here on our website.
Note: We do not rent out space or normally serve large groups who are looking for “retreat” facilities. It has been our experience that some individual needs and most group expectations will best be served in another setting where the use of facilities and a group’s own agenda would determine the day.
Inquire About Accommodations
If you want to stay with us, please call 585-973-2470 to talk with one of our core community members about your potential time at the Mountain. You may also fill out this form, BUT PLEASE NOTE, THIS FORM IS NOT a reservation confirmation. If you’re seeking time with us that’s less than two weeks away, then please call instead of filling out this form.
