Hurricane Melissa struck Western Jamaica as a Category 5 storm, bringing devastation to the poverty-stricken communities of Negril and Revival, where the Franciscan Friars serve those already in desperate need of food, education, and medical help. The province is happy to report that our brother friars in Jamaica are OK, carefully assessing damage, and helping everyone they can. But they need our support now more than ever.
