Fr. Dan Riley Sustainability Campaign

The Fr. Dan Riley, ofm, Mountain Sustainability Campaign focuses on major gifts to the Mountain that will help support four key areas of need now and into the future. For the Mountain, a major gift is defined at a minimum of $10,000 over a period of no longer than 5 years. Most major gift donors continue to give to the annual Mountain Fund to help ensure yearly unrestricted support to help with day-to-day expenses.

This campaign is comprised of four areas of need: Endowment, Personnel, Facility Improvements, and Land Acquisition (click image below to make larger):

A Message From Fr. Dan

Dear Friends, as I reflect on 50 years of life as a friar, blessed to be in relationships with you and others, I am so thankful that God has given me your gift of companionship, the fraternity of living this Gospel Manner of Life and Ministry at the Mountain. Each day we seek to live our mission of “Joining with Jesus Christ to make All things new!”

With this in mind, I feel especially blessed and honored that our Board of Trustees repositioned our endowment to the Daniel P. Riley, ofm Mountain Sustainability Campaign. This adjustment acknowledges our need for gifts that go beyond an endowment, to help us in other areas, including land acquisition and facility improvements.

I am so grateful that you have all supported the Mountain for over 30 years. We now ask you to consider helping us ensure that the Mountain continues forward for the next 30 years and beyond!
